Request for an exchange, replacement, credit note or refund.

Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods to our warehouse in saleable condition is your responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

Exchanges are welcomed within 30 days of purchase with receipt. We will happily exchange a product or issue an online store credit, provided:

The item is returned within 30 days of ordering ( the date your order was placed);
It is returned in it's original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags and labels attached;
In it's original, undamaged product packaging;
With a copy of the original purchase receipt (detailing the order number, customer name, address and date of order).
