Amy Barbara is a proud Indigenous Artist raised in the city of Meanjin (Brisbane) with deep ancestral roots in the Northern Territory. As an Aboriginal woman, she carries a strong sense of identity and connection to her cultural heritage, which is carefully expressed in her artwork.
Using the powerful medium of storytelling through art, Amy weaves the stories of her people with the purpose of sharing the knowledge and spirit of her culture with the world.
