Refund policy

Exchanges are welcomed within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

We will happily exchange a product or issue an online store credit, provided:

The item is returned within 30 days of ordering ( the date your order was placed);
It is returned in its original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags and labels attached;
In it's original, undamaged product packaging;
With a copy of the original purchase receipt (detailing the order number, customer name, address and date of order).

All products are individually quality-checked before leaving our premises and delivered with a trusted shipping provider.

A request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the order date.

A refund will be issued provided that:
