1. Please contact us first. We cannot guarantee any refund or returns to be provided if this process is not followed.
2. Email us at sales@spencerflynn.com.au with details of your:

• Order number
• Reason of your return
• Request for an exchange, replacement, credit note or refund.

Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods to our warehouse in saleable condition is your responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

Exchanges are welcomed within 30 days of purchase with receipt. We will happily exchange a product or issue an online store credit, provided:

• The item is returned within 30 days of ordering ( the date your order was placed);
• It is returned in it's original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags and labels attached;
• In it's original, undamaged product packaging;
• With a copy of the original purchase receipt (detailing the order number, customer name, address and date of order). 

REFUND POLICY

All products are individually quality checked before leaving our premises and delivered with a trusted shipping provider.

A request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of order.
